| The teams will cheer for 12 hours straight in their effort to donate money to the Jennifer Ward Memorial Fund. Proceeds will also be used to fund the competition fees to local, regional, and national competitions for the Katz All Star Cheerleaders. | The mission of the Jennifer Ward Memorial Fund is to generate increased public support towards helping community and charitable efforts in Cape May County, NJ. Donations to the Memorial Fund help fund vital services that make a world of difference to the scholastic community and to those who suffer from heart ailments. The Jennifer Ward Memorial Fund has teamed up with AtlantiCare to provide Automatic External Defibrillators to organizations in need, starting with the Catholic Schools of Cape May County. The Jennifer Ward Memorial Fund has also started scholarship programs at St. Ann's Catholic School in Wildwood, NJ, where Jennifer was a teacher from 2002-2005, and at Ocean City High School in Ocean City, NJ, where Jennifer graduated from in 1993. *information from www.jenniferward.org |
